In Australia alcohol is a main cause of deaths in young people, injury, homicide and suicide. 22% of young people in hospital are caused by alcohol. Of these 30% are men and 23% of them are women who are hospitalised because of alcohol associated assault. It is against the law to sell alcohol to a person under 18, supply alcohol and buy the alcohol for an under 18. When someone consumes alcohol it can affect the way they think and act. From this things can go wrong. Here are some things that could go wrong when consuming alcohol:
